Supernatural's Vancouver con: in which we learn that Misha is a whore (among other things)

So I went to the Vancouver Con and I've had a week or so to gather my notes and put this report together. I didn't do it before now because I had no internet during the con and, uh, I procrastinate a lot. :P Please note that this is very long (brevity is not my strong point) and mostly from memory, so I may have left things out or reported them

Great post! I'm assuming you took notes, because that's alot to remember. I like Misha admitting to his online power trip, and Jensen's protectiveness for Jared. The pics I've seen from the con look like they're as close as ever. Some of those questions were awful :(

I saw a vid or something with Jim doing that Castiel striptease, so thanks for clearing that up. Lots of good info, especially about Jim Beaver's panel. And Jensen has a lame excuse for not driving a sportscar, especially if Jared has a Corvette. But I love them anyway.

Cons are weird - especially afterwards. I'm always upset, either because I'm disappointed or just disappointed that it's over. I hope that overall you had a good time (sounds like it) and that maybe I'll see you at a con in the future.

I'd probably be spending a lot of time in H&M if there was one in my town. I guess I need to make it over to Vancouver more often. :)

Yeah, I took notes, and I watched a few vids from other people to refresh my memory for stuff I wasn't sure about. When you're in the moment, sometimes you miss things and people were laughing so loud that it could be hard to hear.

I love how protective they are with each other. Jensen was immediately like, "Next question!" but Jared said, "No, I'd like to answer that." And then after, Jensen said, "Good answer, Jared." :)

Thanks! Yeah, I'm surprised there isn't more info out there about Jim's panel. Plenty of stuff about Jared and Jensen, but very little about Jim. The poor guy was doing photo-ops and signings until well past midnight, and his panel ended at 6:30, so he was definitely generous with his time.

Ok, ok, I have to admit, Jensen is right about the sports cars. Now that I drive a sedan, I drive about 20 miles slower than I did when I drove a coupe ;) I know, the streets are a more grateful place.

I'd love to go to the Vancouver con, but the gold passes are already sold out :( Still, I'll keep working at it and I hope to meet you one day too :)

Well, if it helps, I don't think there's a huge difference between the gold and silver/preferred tickets, at least in terms of where you're sitting. The room isn't that big. And there were a few empty seats in preferred, so I was able to sneak up closer for some panels. Or you could get a general admission ticket and purchase the photo ops and autographs separately, but depending on how many you want, that'll probably be expensive. I think that's what I would do though.
