I just use Imageready with Photoshop 7.0. Nothing special ;-)
Maybe you're familiar with it?

im doing the same but yours look like you just cut a little movie :D those are way better than mine are, thats why i asked about what ya doing... thanks for letting me know

Well, I use VLC player for automatic screencapping. Then I look what is a good size to resize it down to. I usually set all those little screencaps to screen, to make them a little lighter.
And then... in Imageready I leave them up to 0.0 seconds, depending on the scene sometimes to 0.1 seconds in speed.
