Tonight Last night, whatever forces of good will and fun descended upon our house, and my mother, my father, my sister and I all played Rock Band together. First time this has happened. Ah, the California Cornucopia Jubilee is a reference that, I'm sure, will wake me at four am with its significance -- as, right now, it sounds awfully familiar, but I can't place it...

(I wanna say response to that call is something like "How can a bowl slither on all fours?", but Gods I still can't place it.)

The only thing that'd make your Cartman reference better would be if you spontaneously recited all the lyrics to Styx's "Come Sail Away," just by my mentioning the opening line.

"I'm sai-ling a-way..."

Mmmmm. Styx on Rock Band. There's never enough ideas for DLC, is there?

(Your guessed response call is close. The way it goes is, something like, "Wait, wait, soup... soup on all fours?" "Yeah, what did you think, soup is a biped?" "You know, Crow, although I thought that Sweet Marie was your most richly drawn female character to date...." And it goes on from there.)

I don't know all the lyrics to Styx's "Come Sail Away;" my memory of the song is mostly you doing it on the Idol game, and there's nothing better than that. I don't suppose you'd accept me humming the tune?

I got confused watching that one *points up* play it; I didn't know what he was doing or what the point was or anything. And, really, when it gets more thinky than a Lego game, I make a much better spectator.

And, yes, I know that I am lame beyond belief. I consider it part of my charm.
