Sundown
I had that ah ha moment this morning on the way to the market. A pain free day has arrived. The skin is a bit reactive at the moment so I'm waiting until 2 or 3 before I head out again. In the mean time I have NINs and Slipknot to keep me occupied. -
So Far
I have done my nails, exploiated,unclogged my shower, cleaned the kitchen, taken out the trash ordered my prescriptions and watched 3 eppies of ER. I still have an hour until the Whole Paycheaque opens. I suppose I could set up my coffee and wash my sheets. -
Awake
I went to sleep early therefore I'm awake early. The Whole Paycheque doesn't open for another 4 1/2 hours. I really want a hemp bagel for breakfast. -

So today was an easy day. I slept until 10, washed the car, and did a little shopping. I got a birthday card for my sister. There weren't any cards that had, "I love you but I want to punch you in the face because you're annoying like Kelly Osborne, so I just got a joke card. In Training
Tonight I'm working chest and legs. I also need to log at least 40 minutes of cardio. One of the side effects of the drug cocktail I'm on is osteoporosis thus the need for resistance training. -
