i haven't posted in here in months. what has happened since i got back from berlin? well my best friends stopped talking to me, i went back to college after four intensely boring weeks in new jersey, and i'm more than ready to graduate in 2009 and no longer be a college student, no longer live at home in my mom's house on breaks, and do something worthwhile whether it be a job or moving my ass straight back to berlin for a few years (which seems more and more enticing ...)

i have faith that 2009 is going to be an amazing year, my year, and that i will enjoy it to the absolute fullest. tonight i am having a low-key, low-expectations kind of new years eve, i'm going back to school on the fourth which is amazing, and then its yay-term-time! trying to get into this class (keeping my fingers crossed there ...), teaching a knitting workshop, celebrating my 22nd birthday with a giant party. then a relaxing feb break in vermont, possibly going to montreal .... and then spring semester, thesis writing, lots and lots and lots of work, and graduating and peace out middlebury!

in 2009 i am hearing about my fulbright app, figuring out my future, graduating from college, breaking ties and leaving things behind me and i couldn't be more excited.
