That could be one. Though to be fair, supposedly Will did work passage as a cabin boy for two years after his mother died; assumedly that's what he was doing when the Pearl shot up the vessel he was on and the Swanns found him. That's a long time to watch other people doing stuff and think about how you might emulate or improve upon them.
Will has a lot of competition for "favorite" so it's not surprising he comes in low on the list for most viewers. Glad you could like him a little more!
