Hey! I can knit!

One of the things i put on my Christmas list was a Knifty Knitter knitting loom. I can't even remember exactly how i ran across it, though i think i was looking for something on Amazon and found a book about knitting looms. Have you tried different styles of knitting? One is English knitting (which I just cannot do) and another is Continental knitting (my preferred method).

I think there may be other styles out there as well, but those two are most common.

Yeah, i've heard that there are those two options. I'm not sure which one i tried before, but unless there's something that just cannot be done on a loom, i can't really imagine why i'd want to go back to the needles of painful failure. :-) (that's what they've always been for me, anyway.)

Maybe if i keep it up for a while and get more into it, i'll branch out again.

OMG!!! Congratulations! I'm so excited for you, i hope everything is going well!! When?? Are you still teaching in DC? Are you going to keep doing that? what's new ETC ETC.
