For one. This is your LJ, the whole point is to vent your feelings. And like you said, you didn't name names. Hell, you haven't put any specifics in this at all.

And for two, it takes a lot of guts to stop being nice to everyone. And the moment you stop being nice, you become The Bitch. It's a catch 22. You can take everyone shit and have people think you're nice, or you can stand up for yourself and have everyone think you're a bitch.
