Really, I'm happy I got talk to you and had everything laid down between us.

As much as I hate to say it, your friends made my night by being defensive about whatever I tried to do. I'm wondering if you can send me a copy of the thread so I can hold on to it.

I'm letting everyone know that I got what I wanted. I talked to Alee, saw her true feelings, and I'm going to now respect them. Not hard, right? Not hard to just talk to someone. It's not going to hurt you.
