I need a roommate

So the roommates from NYC are moving back to NYC since there school is over with.

Anybody looking for a goodsize room with a private full bathroom, nice closet and a window facing a big backyard. Plus you get to live with me, which means lots of fun and good food. Big plus if you like construction and gardening.

Did you talk about this with Greg and Bri? I know Bri and I were talking about the three of us moving in with you, and I wouldn't feel shafted if you just wanted the two of them.

Also, you didn't mention the hot tub. Whooo!

But I think I'm going to sell the hottub and look into using that money for other stuff. Like funding the remodelling of the garage or a sauna in the backyard.

If you all moved in that would be awesome, it's going to be empty this month and so far nobody really grabs my attention.
