So I have this idea of buying land outside of Portland and living there, maybe start a farm and home business.

Anybody know the best way, research foreclosures? Or good places to look for land around Portland.

I need a new audio interface, something with atleast 4 inputs and 6 outputs. Basically I'd like to stay under $500 if possible. Would like something that is portable with my laptop.
