Dream 2

The scene opens on a wood-beamed room, with tatami mats and paper-screened walls. It looks a lot like the interior of the Dojo, actually, though not like any room in particular. From the current vantage point, it looks like a number of women are seated neatly around a low table - you see the backs of long-sleeved, flowery kimono, and fancy up-dos.

[Apple wake up giggling. The entire dream is absurd to him and it's a welcome change to the last several rounds of nightmares.]

"Silly Daitou."

[He's speaking to himself of course but he'll say the same thing to Souji the next time he sees him. Probably followed by a hug.]

[And that will get him a hug in return, with some candy~

And if he mentions the dream, a lot of muffled snickering]

[Rain shifts smoothly from the dream into wakefulness and rolls over on his futon, letting the images replay themselves in his head. Dreams are being shared again, he's realized by now, and he prefers to think that something so absurd would belong to Souji rather than himself. He doesn't personally know some of the people who were seated at the table, after all, so perhaps they're Souji's friends.

As ridiculous as the vice commander looked in women's clothing, there's something about seeing the boy - Peacemaker - dressed up in such a manner that ignites a spark of anger and frustration deep in the back of Rain's mind. He dismisses it though; it's late, he's tired, and there was no complex message in that dream that he feels compelled to puzzle over. He drifts back to sleep easily enough, his last conscious thought being that at least he himself looked presentable.]

[...he is going to whack you over the head next time he sees you, Souji. But at least he looked classy.]

[As long as it isn't a hard whack /o\ And he'll do his best to keep the giggling to a minimum]

[He doesn't do domestic abuse =| but he'll be grumpy.]

[Souji knows how to make that up to him!]

[Oh, that was Rain. Huh.]

[...it still doesn't twig him in to the crossdressing thing.]

[That was a funny dream. And pretty silly, too. Somehow, Sniper isn't very concerned about crossdressing; it seems to him as a mere curiosity, and though he doesn't like the idea of doing it himself, he doesn't mind crossdressing in someone else's dream.

How odd. He snorts again, and turns over on his side to fall back into slumber.]
