I think I mentioned a couple weeks back that I've had neck/shoulder pain, like a muscle is pulled. From the neck, down to near the shoulder blade, left side. This morning I woke up to pretty intense pain from neck to shoulder, across the top. At times it feels like it's burning. You know, when you work a muscle to the "no pain no gain" point?
