For challenge #5: Did I do this right? Si?

Oz/Xander, Buffy
For glossing cause she is, as stated before, 'the shit.'

When she comes to a halt outside the library door, it's not because of the voices inside, but the voices coming down the hall. It's not like her to be so sneaky, but she gets the urge to slip inside the library and peak outside the little circular window.

It's Xander, with a little bounce in his step, grinning like a loon at Oz. Hands in his pockets, looking up at Xander with something akin to patience. She listens to their voices, Xander's nervous babble, and Oz's few spoken words. When they stop outside the library, their voices get lower, and Buffy just has a moment to duck out of the way of Xander's sweeping gaze. She comes back up, almost like coming up for air, and sees them, kissing. Kissing. Big non heterosexual kiss, she squeaks a little, and hurries back further into the library.

She's Buffy and she was just reading a book.

On vampires.

That's what she tells them when they come strolling in. Xander's flush, and the bounce in his step seems much more like a leap to her. Oz is still quiet, but he has a little smile in the corner of his mouth.

They are cordial and agree that's what she was doing. Reading. And she's really never seen two boy's kiss before. It takes her a moment to realize she wants to watch it some more, and contemplates the thought of asking them to do it again.

They sit next to each other, Oz's relaxed sprawl hands clasped together as if in deep 'thinking man' thought. Xander's leg bounces, he's super jittery, as if on drugs. But maybe Oz is some kind of drug, some kind of dyed hair, black nail polish weird drug. LSD maybe or pot. Xander is giving her a look, a look she doesn't like, because she knows he's going to ask her an uncomfortable question. Thankfully, Giles walks in holding a book and a cup of tea.

And all is right in the world. Again.

Huh. Never written Oz/Xander before. Cool.
