Uhm... so, like... people show up and disappear here all the time. Like, a lot. I mean, I've never really known anyone that happened to, but--

Honestly, I didn't do much of anything-- and it doesn't sound like they have, either. I figure they'll become friends again eventually, it wasn't a particularly extraordinary event that lead them to becoming friends.

A friend just showed up... He's the first person I've known to come here and I was really excited and we had become--[It's safe not to lie here... but Andrew still has to work to tell the truth.] We'd--sort of become friends back home...

Well, he doesn't remember me and--honestly, it's not easy for me to make friends with my winning personality... Especially with Spike--he, uh, he doesn't exactly win the sweetest person award... you know?

He was here before, and then came back a few months ago. Both of them seem to be from an earlier point in time than I was.

Even when my dad showed up, he was from my future. I didn't know Toph when I showed up here. But... We were really close, in her time.
