But you know, you might catch something nasty out there. You might have a big sword, but you don't have warm fuzzy fur to cover you up.

Yeah, well, joining the army's no picnic. But you get used to it after a while.

[More like a mercenary now, but still something that kept that training.]

I'll be okay. Wouldn't be the first time I've been out in the snow like this.

[They may not talk much, but Zack does consider Train an ally. And that means no falling through the half-rotted floorboards he's working to fix up...cause that would suck worse than catching Zack's cold.]

[They don't speak a lot, but Train would like to get to know him better. After all, they live together. He's careful enough to dodge the half-rotted floorboards.]

[Zack is always up for making friends, and talking while doing physical labor...well, that's one way to start up a friendship.]

I'd appreciate it. Gotta fix the roof and the walls on the third floor, and they're still really messed up from the flooding. That's not counting the floorboards on the second story or the whole lower level. Think that's only still standing cause it's ground level.

[Basically, he'd probably have to strip the building to fix it. And he intends to do it, help or not.]
