22 degrees brix.  That is how much sugar is in my cherry wine.  Or rather, was.  It started fermenting.  I macerated it warmly for a few days.  Then I started fermenting at a warm temperature.  The warm maceration will allow for a better color extraction.  The warm start will just help the yeasts wake up.  They are now chilling out.  A cool ( Read more... )

I am turning in today a case study.  Basically, I wrote a report on running a bone scan.  I have 11 pages of information; plus title page, bibliography and, printed examples of my images.  While it is all double spaced, I've never written such a long report before.  It feels like a book.
