I don't remember who said it, but I know I heard someone say it once over the crow. I probably am mistaken since I usually don't listen in on their conversations unless it's pertinant to my interests or is about me so I might have heard it wrong.

And yes, that does happen quite a bit around here, in which I suggest not going outside when the temperature's down.

I'm not really sure. It's like an unspoken rule or something to not go outside during a full moon. But what I'm under the impression of is that the Reaper supposedly shows up and tortures anyone that happens to be outside.

There's just the Reaper, sai. That I ken of, at least. But you should watch out for him - trust me. If he catches you, it won't exactly be a Fair Day feast.
Although I won't deny that putting several ounces of lead in him was bedamned satisfying.
