I saw them on Much! Maybe you should have gone by there? I don't know when that happened/if they charge to get in.

Also, if you're ever driving to Montreal or anything, in between Toronto and Ottawa there's a station called the Fox 101.5 FM. Every lunch hour they have "perfect hair" and play only sweet 80s hair metal. They also play Iron Maiden and have "mandatory Metallica" (although I hate Metallica).

Well I saw The Darkness in September for $7 at Lee's. It fuckin ruled!

I will so check out that station, talk about rad!
And Metallica were good with Ride the Lightning, Master Of Puppets and In Justice For All... ( and I guess some of the 'Black' Album )

Do they Play the Crue often????
That would rule!

I can understand why you'd be pissed, after a night like that, but do you really think LJ is the place to discuss it?

It was your choice to wait for tickets outside the Phoenix, and being under the Liberty umbrella, I'm not surprised they acted like the corporate assholes they are. Yeah, it sucks, but what can you do about it?
Believe me, I was practically in tears at home last night when I realized I was going to miss their show yet again.

As for Bovine, they were only letting regulars in, because everyone knew the band would show up there. How was I to know that when I invited you? I asked the bouncers if I could get one friend in, they said they didn't know you, so no way.

What did you expect me to do, leave?
I'm sorry. I felt bad, but the choice was not mine to make.

Now that i think of it, i had a friend that was on the guest list for the show and she didn't even go. she was too sick to make it. i told her about you and you wanting to go. but if i knew about it earlier, i could have asked her to try and get you on the list. but the timing wasn't right. if you want, i can probably give you her MSN contact. she's cool. she's always getting free tickets and what not.
