I frigging HATE this weather!

This winter has been absolutely awful. I can't tell you how many 2 to 4 hour trips to and from work I have had. My normal drive time is around an hour. I take Emily to see her dad for the weekend and what do you know... IT STARTS SNOWING ON THE WAY HOME!!! *sigh* Spring can't come soon enough for this girl! Wow, sounds like life has been crazy for you! I recently moved myself. I'm living in Hainesville now. About 45 min straight north of Schaumburg where I was. I'm still working in Schaumburg/Hanover Park though which is what sucks. I don't have a car right now. I'm sharing one with David (my new man and the one I'm living with). So on days I work a late shift, I'll drive him to work and then drive myself to work. Otherwise, I take the Metra from my house to downtown-ish and then transfer to another train to take to Schaumburg. A 2 hr train commute starting at 5am is LOADS of fun I must say. It also makes me hate this cold weather immensely! We really do need to get together for dinner or drinks sometime. We keep saying that and it never seems to happen.

Yeah, we have to plan a get together of some sort. You've been here how long now?

The commute sounds like it sucks worse than mine! We're down to 1 running car ourselves until we can afford the repairs. Chris has to take the bus to work. I'd take public transport but I'd be spending $15 a day to do it.
