That story was hilarious! I was cackling to myself and even managed to make my cat look at me weird.

We have very similar humour...I would have done the same thing. Fooling gullible people is too temping.

Yup, they were extremely cheesy but he'd really perfected his delivery. He managed to create this atmosphere where everybody was complicit in sharing the terrible jokes and having fun anyway - quite an achievement when the jokes themselves are such crusty old things!
