about a week ago, my grandmother went to the hospital for some x-rays and she found out that she had some spots on one of her lungs. i told my mom that rose has lung cancer. so, she went back a few days ago, and her doctor told her that she has lung cancer. who didn't see that coming? yeah, i feel badly that she has cancer, but it's sort of her ( Read more... )

my aunt had a cancer. [actually, many people in my family have gotten cancer over the years, but i only know my aunt well enough to have cared.] anyway, she went into remission after treatment and is doing quite well now. and she's also very old. i have no idea how old your grandmother is, but, anyway, don't just lose all hope and wait for her to die. just try and help her enjoy her time because it's going to be a long, emotional road. if you need to talk, you know where to find me.

my mother has cancer. she went for treatments and now she has to wait and see if it left or if she still needs more. Good Luck and I'm sorry to hear about your gramma! :( <3
