So, it seems at work that I'm getting more and more responsibilities which is both a good thing and a not-so-truely-bad thing.  When the director's secretary was out on medical leave, then I was given most of her duties.  Part of those were HR stuffs, so now I'm part of HR machinations.  I'm also supposed to be getting some position where I am her
