I watched "Hostel" today. I was doing okay with it until they got to a specific scene involving an eye. I threw up a little in my mouth.

So what you are saying is I probably shouldn't watch it alone at night with exacto knives laying around?

I saw a few interviews with Quinten and the actor where they both said there were some scenes they left out because they were even more grusome- they didn't even film because it was over the top. This movie is on my list of ones to see... but I am so far behind. Tomorrow it will be 16 Candles, soon I'll get to the 90s.

It wasn't particularly scary--aside from the idea of people paying to torture and kill others--but it was pretty graphic and made me squirm a good deal. Fortunately the time spent torturing wasn't terribly long; just long enough.
