Tofu

Is tofu a carb or just protein?? I know the south beach diet says you can have low fat tofu, im just curious. i really would have bet that it was protein, not carbs!!!!!!!

Im pretty sure its protien. But if you get the Tofu thats a lil sweeter, with sugar thats probably where the carbs come in.
