Honesty is always the best way to go. I think you should just tell him how you feel. The longer you wait the worse it will get. You don't want to wait until he finds out some other way, that could be awkward and embarrassing. If you want to kiss him, kiss him. Either he will respond and kiss back (in which case, congratulations), or he will tell you he is just a friend. If that happens, it might be painful to hear, but at least you will know how he feels. Regardless of what happens, I'm here as your friend Lisa. I hope this helps and, as always, don't hesitate to call me if you need/want to talk.

I have to agree with Keith, you should tell him what you said in the post. Ask him if he claims to not like you more than friends, why he seems to be acting like "more than a friend". just a suggestion, but if things don't turn out the way you planned, i have free shoulder (just don't blow your nose on it...:P) I also offer the same opportunity to you as everyone else: should I make you a balloon animanimal? and you know my number if you need anything.
