 What is it about parents that makes them think they can control your life forever?  Maybe it's the fact that if not for them we wouldn't be here.  I give them that.  It's true.  If they weren't making the babies we wouldn't be born.

But why do they think they can tell you what to do with the rest of your life?

I want a tattoo.  I've wanted one

well, you are 21/22 years old...I don't see the problem. If you want a tattoo...get one. You are a grown woman. Yes, I still get advice and input from my parents, but when it comes down to it...I make the decisons that effect my life. You should do the same.

thanks matt. I appreciate it. that's what I'm going to do. i guess you'll see pictures of a tattoo up here in a month or so. lol. : )
