im hellsa sore. going UP stairs isnt a problem - it's the going DOWN. im amazed, though, that i was able to run 3 miles (for the most part. haahaa!) yer a good motivator...even tho i was rollin my eyes at times. HAAHAA. =) fun times...def a do-over when yer in the bay again!

keep it up so next time we can run golden gate park from fell to the beach or embarcadero to golden gate bridge. been wanting to revist that - very dope scenery.
