As far as what you were saying about the statistic...one should always remember a fairly simple phrase: "consider your source." Analysis is good.

I chose a republican source for figures of drug use on purpose. Because they would be the most likely to inflate the numbers. That way, no one can claim that I have lower numbers because I used a more liberal source.
