Taichi, your loss of control jeopardized the mission and your comrades.

I will not abandon any soldier individual in my command, but I cannot say that you are not a liability. Until we are able to supress that seal with better success, I am going to have to take you off the deployment roster.

I'm not kicking you out of the unit, you are a good man, a good agent. You're still a part of DATS, a part of unit two, as long as you want to be one. I'm going to speak with the commanders about this, attempt to find a way that we can work around this.
