The prompt was "carrot" - it was tomato, but then thinking about Mel, the carrot became a tomato.

The Doctor left Mel deep in conversation with the Large Gray Hairy Horned Dotted Walking Mushroom, or LGHHDWM as they preferred. The two were trying to convert each other: one called the carrot a minor demon, the other called the carrot a source of nutrients.
Outside, the Doctor saw a political rally down the street, and went to hear it.
The Mushrooms at the rally saw the Doctor. "The Forbidden Color!" cried one, popping spoors in agitation. Then many LGHHDWM popped agitated spoors into the air.
"What?" asked the Doctor, unaware how the stripe of orange he wore offended.
