Hi Court,
Was googling and came across your journal by accident. Read a few lines and had to leave you a line or two to cheer you up.
I want you to start your day with a prayer, and end it with a count. A count of what went right (forget about what went wrong). Do that for a week and tell me how you feel here. I will check back after the new year. Also while you at it, read Psalm 27.
