A few weeks ago I sent yet another email that was meant to have an attachment, while forgetting to attach anything. I realized that, since I usually mention the attachment in the body of the email, it ought to be simple to create a plugin for Thunderbird that would look for words like "attach" and remind me that I have not actually attached

Installed it. Let's see how long it takes before it reminds me. I'll wager three emails.
