So, Monday I find out that my car title was changed from my dad's name to mine. How long ago this happened I don't know. "Someone" lost the paperwork and so my car title never made it to me, besides the fact that I filled out this title change 3 years and 3 apartments ago. I found out it was sitting unclaimed at the state office. Now it is
