Summer '09 Goal

Lose weight, 15-20lbs. I'm 59ish and weigh 140. I would love to return to 120lbs or at least in the 120s. Any advice is encouraged. :) Thank you! HAPPY SUMMER!

i recommend weight watchers and the exercise video "the 30 day shred." those two things helped me lose twenty pounds without a whole lot of pain.

Don't eat any carbs for 2 weeks then go only good carbs like fruite and veggies.

Even though you shouldn't eat a lot of junk, a lot of it is how much you eat as well. I say just eat a few small meals a day, and don't eat on a schedule. Just eat when you are hungry. If you find yourself hungry a lot and need to snack, fruit or a bowl of Special K should do the trick. I've lost a little over 10 pounds in two-three weeks before doing this, so it might work for you.

I saw you on one that add4add community thing and noticed we have a lot in common, so I hope you don't mind that I added you.

Also, the weight loss thing? TOTALLY relate to it! 126 is my goal right now.
