Even though you shouldn't eat a lot of junk, a lot of it is how much you eat as well. I say just eat a few small meals a day, and don't eat on a schedule. Just eat when you are hungry. If you find yourself hungry a lot and need to snack, fruit or a bowl of Special K should do the trick. I've lost a little over 10 pounds in two-three weeks before doing this, so it might work for you.

Also, the weight loss thing? TOTALLY relate to it! 126 is my goal right now.
