I *love* "Pete's Dragon." I remember signing the song "Candle on the Water" when I was in high school, while the choir sang it. Practicing meant listening to the song on repeat over and over and over again, but I still love it.
I have memories of watching movies taped off the TV. . . and then seeing them years later and wondering about these "new" scenes I'd only seen parts of, due to failing to hit record quickly enough when the commercial was over.

Now the 1949 version of "Little Women" is on. Used to watch this one with my sister -- the tape cut off before the end. But watching now, I'm hoping to have at least one daughter, hopefully two, because I want to watch this with them!
