Life is interesting. Towards the end of last semester I applied to go on a summer mission trip with Campus Crusade for Christ in Ocean City, New Jersey. Yeah I know really suffering on a mission trip huh? LoL. Well now about 6 months later 2 days before the deadline of when we are supposed to know if we are accepted or not I sit here waiting. I

thats a very interesting perspective...
however, it seems to me that the world is already in a state of me, me, me. its a shame really, but if its already at that point, i cant understand why God still allows so much of this suffering to continue.

Best friend the point is actually we don't have it as bad as you think i mean look in the bible about the story of Job. I mean its those things that makes life diffacult that faith grows. Life has its spritual mountain tops and those are great but where the real grow comes through times of persaverience. So yeah the world is already in the state yeah so as christians you gotta stick out by not conforming. Its not easy i mean if it was they everybody would be doing it. And i mean i would much rather suffer through a life of physical pain and to know the true glory of god then to be pain free and no nothing of him at all.

sometimes your faith amazes me kev. these past couple weeks god has really put a burden on my heart. he is showing me that sometimes it takes pain, physical & emotional pain, to break you down to the point that he can have the relationship he wants with you, and the relationship that best glorifies him. i'm blessed with so many amazing people in my life, and you are one of them.
i'm prayin for you about the trip. all you can do is keep faith that god has a plan for you and your life, whether this trip is included or not.
