2. How old is he? 17

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch? Steve tends to slouch when he's feeling down, or when he's alone, or when he's not trying to impress any girls. If he's not alone, Steve will stand tall and proud.

Steve normally always dresses casually, and colors vary. He prefers cargo pants, the more pockets the better, and loose t-shirts. When it gets cold he likes to wear neutral colored long sleeve shirts underneath his normal t-shirts. All his clothes have a very worn, comfortable look to them.

13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them? Steve is very comfortable in his clothes, mostly because he chose them because they not only look good, but because they were comfortable. His shirts are generally well-fitted, but his pants are loose and baggy.

7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change? He's never really eloquent, but he's not inarticulate. He's a nice medium, but when things get bad or out of control, he'll stutter and forget what he was trying to say.

Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart? He's no genius, but Steve is a healthy and rather normal medium between book-smart and street-smart.

2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate? He thinks on his feet, and, in fact, is rather rash when it comes to decision making.

3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical? Steve relys more on his emotions to guide him rather than logic, though logic will occasionally find a small space in his thought process.

4. What kind of education has the character had? He was a junior in high school when he was taken to Rockfort Island.

5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about? Steve has an insane amount of knowledge concerning guns. This is mostly due to the fact that his father was a gun collector, and it ended up being a hobby the two could enjoy together.

6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert? An extrovert. Steve, while never the life of the party, had a lot of friends and got a lot of attention in school. The incident that changed his life has pushed him to become a little more introverted, but it's only a matter of time before he opens up again.

7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven? Steve is short-tempered, and laid-back. 11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks? Steve has a rather normal sense of humor. He likes jokes, and he really likes bathroom humor (fart jokes are a +), but he's not much of a prankster.

12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does he deal with them? He suffers from PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), and suffers from nightmares. He'll break out into a cold-sweat, and even begin to panic if he looks back on the monster he had become. He just tries to ignore, and deal.

13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person? The death of his aunt and uncle; it was the first time he saw his father cry. It was one of the moments where he realized that his father wasn't as strong as he seemed to be.

The death of his mother; he saw her die. He was there when she was gunned down. It was so terrible, and it made a part of him hate his father.

His five months of imprisonment on Rockfort Island; Umbrella didn't treat their prisoners well. There were times people Steve had grown accustomed to would simply disappear, never to be seen again, and it was one of those frightening moments where he realized that he had no idea how long he had left to live.

The bombing of Rockfort Island, his escape, and meeting Claire; these three things provided him with hope after being so devoid of it. It made him push on a little longer, and gave him a reason to trust someone again.

Killing his Zombie!dad; this made Steve realize that no matter what his father did, that Steve always would love him.

Turning into a monster, and trying to hurt Claire; that was the most terrifying thing that had ever happened to Steve. Those last few moments of his life will define everything he does now. He cherishes his life, and the life of others, and free will.

14. What does he fear? Becoming a monster, hurting people he cares about.

15. What are his hopes or aspirations? He didn't really have any hopes or aspirations before Rockfort Island. He wanted to be a doctor for awhile, but that fell through after how long he realized he had to be in school for. He kind of wants to be a pilot because he likes to be in the air.

16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him? There are lots of things he doesn't want anyone to find out about him, he's human after all, but the fact that when his mother was killed he seriously considered killing his father. He doesn't anymore, not after he did kill his (zombie)father, and even feels guilty for thinking it.

Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents. Steve was really close to his parents. He looked up to his father, admired his (then)dedication to his work. He wasn't as close to his mother as he was to his father, but she had always been there for him, taken care of him when he was sick, and etc.

2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like? Steve is an only child.

3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand? He was close to his aunt before her car accident, but there aren't really any he can't stand.

4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them? His best friend, Gunner; they'd known one another since elementary and had been pretty much inseparable. 9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once? Single.

10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse? No.

11. Who was his first crush? Who is his latest? Steve's first crush was this pretty transfer student from Massachusetts. Blond hair, green eyes, cute if not a little chunky. She didn't stay long, and he never asked her out, but he still thinks about her from time to time. His latest, though, would be Claire Redfield.

12. What does he look for in a romantic partner? Nothing really. Steve likes stronger women, ones that can take care of themselves, but he also wants to be able to take care of them. He wants a damsel to his knight.

13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does he relate to them? If no, does he want any? Nope.

17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits? =P I'll have to think on this laterz.

Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type? Although canonly no birthdate was given, I've decided Steve was born August 22nd and thus is a Leo. And it fits him quite well, better than you can imagine. He's also a Metal Rooster according to Chinese Zodiac, but that actually doesn't fit him.

2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life? Religious. Steve wasn't a devout Christian, but he believes in God. It's not the most important thing to him, and he may not go to church or pray (anymore), but his faith is what kept him going during the months he was Umbrella's prisoner (approximately five months in my headcanon).

3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it? Yes. Steve has a strong sense of morals, and justice, and what have you. It was instilled in him at a young age, mostly because he would listen to his parents discuss the news, or pay attention in bible school.

4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent? Steve is rather indifferent. In this day and age people believe just about everything, and he's all right with that. Whatever keeps you going.

5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them? He hates scientists, and Umbrella. And the reasons are obvious.

Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt? Steve and his family lived rather comfortably. They weren't rich, but they weren't poor. Sometimes his father would have trouble paying some bills, but it never happened too often.

2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him? Upper middle class. And it's always been that way as long as he can remember.

3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others? He used to live in a medium sized house. It was well decorated, mostly because his mother used to be an interior decorator. He'd lived there all his life, and really couldn't think of living elsewhere.

4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on? Video games. Clothes. CDs.

5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else? He never had a job.

6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time? Steve has a decent interest in guns, a shared hobby with his father, and while he never legally owned any firearms, his father had bought him several. He spent a lot of his free time playing soccer, and was even on the soccer team in freshmen and sophomore year, but quit during his junior year to focus on school work.

7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods? Steve really isn't a picky eater, but he really likes meat. And McDonald's; his favorite being a Big Mac with extra sauce.
