wow it hs been a few days since ive been here...well last week was ok i guess but for some reason i am scaredin big crowds now...like at school ive been freaking out and i dont know why..but ohwell...ok well friday i spent the night with my friend kitty and we slept out in the tent again it was great fun:).....then saturday i came home and my mom

Maybe when you start to freak out about being in a crowd just get some air and try to breathe then attempt to go back in.... It's a natural thing that happens and I'm sure that you'll get through it.... The shows can be very intimating, Whenever I get kinda a claustrophobic I get mad at the people around me, not so mad that I make a scene though, But it helps get me through it.

ahh u sound like me! except i cant be around people standing up when im sitting down. i freak out. one time i even had a panic attack. its a mix of claustrophobia and paranoia. <3
