today I had....Kix, M&M's, soda, tiny thing of popcorn chicken for lunch, tiny piece of ham, some noodles and corn.

and that's my attempt to gain weight

Comment do you anth, eat lotsa pasta. Unless your real active then thats a great way to just gain some wieght. And to Leia, keep up the good work, its pretty obvious your really determined on this so Ill stop with the sugar too, but a little sugar is good for you, keep that in mind.

hah, I'm not really TRYING to gain weight, but It'll be nice to hit something moderate instead of being a skinny bastage - even with me being italian, I hate pasta, it's so boring...

mmm, working out abs has been working, but I need some heavier weights...

Lots of water helps. Fills you up a bit and water's so important for all the physical activity you do. That's H2O for chem students LOL

muhahah. Yeah, anth, at this rate you are going to look like you just got out of a concentration camp with what ur eating. adams right. and.. yes, i am very determined. i weighed myself this morning on the scale that we THINK weighs a few lbs heavier, and it said i was 145. so im PSYCED cause that means i might be lighter then i thought. we'll see when i get the digital ( ... )
