I love the little feet. You are very lucky. Don't worry about the clothes or the weight there are things way more important than that. My sister gained 65 pounds with her first, but lost it all fairly quickly. Are you out of school yet?
Get some maternity clothes, you'll be so much happier, honestly! Even the ones at Walmart/Target are better than nothing!
Also, I'm two weeks from my due date and have gained an alarming 50lbs, and I'm sure there will be a few more before it's all said and done. Do not concern yourself with the weight, and if your doctor gives you hell about it, ignore him and think "what do YOU know?" because after all, it's a man (at least, in my head it's a man... I don't know if your doctor is actually a guy or not).
If at all possible, see a midwife, they offer superior care (in my opinion) to an OB.
For what it's worth, DW started wearing maternity pants way before this point, and in the 2nd trimester she also started getting some shirts because even going up a size (to my shirts) in nonmaternity was not working.
Also worth saying that she started out as borderline underweight so the weight gain recommendation is (and was under the old system) either 28-40 lbs or 25-35 lbs... and she started needing maternity clothing very early on even though her weight gain was actually behind what it was supposed to be early on. Now, at 36 weeks, she's gained 28 lbs so it all evened out perfectly in the end. I'm sure your weight will also if you are eating healthily and getting exercise!
