[A few muffled noises can be heard as someone picks up the communicator. She has an oversized thumb on a button, which makes everything that's going on to be broadcasted over the other linked devices. Finally, a deep woman's voice can be heard, but she's speaking Taurhe, a language spoken by her people that sounds similar to Earth's Native American ( Read more... )

[She had been up all night drinking, even went as far as to sleep with her arms folded on the bar. When the voice sounded in her communicator, the unfamiliar language followed by the common, she picked it up. Her voice came out disgruntled, for she was in the midst of her first hangover, and even though the Tauren's voice was low and slow, it was still loud in her ears.]

Ugh ... Neither. We're going to the Golden Shore, where ever the hell that is. We're all here against our will, but they give us these things so we can talk to each other because the captain likes torturing us by making us think we're safe ... OH, and this isn't your world ...

[She groans.]

And you picked a terrible time to come. You better make a new staff, and fast ...

Golden Shore... [voice trails off as she thinks..]

I'm not familiar with that location. And who brought us here? How?

...
Are you alright, Miss? You sound sick.

Redd ... the captain. Do not know why ... or how. Magic I guess ...

[*Erp*]

Too much wine ...

[She just did not have it in her to be a bitch for more than five seconds. It made her feel bad.]

Oh.

[Kiaran was not surprised at the idea of all this being magic. Considering the magic powers in her homeworld, forced teleportation would not be out of the question.]

I see. You're hungover. I apologize for waking you up. [she's talking more in a whisper now]

Who is this?

[She's a little nervous; it's not that she hates trolls. After all, if their closest allies trust them, by default her people do too. It's just.. some of the strange, darker magic she's seen used by their priests and doctors unsettle her. Her ears perk up at the word "Loa." Their gods..

Stop it. Don't be judgmental. If what he said is any indication, this is the only other Horde member she can talk to.]

Are you.. do you know what force is behind this sorcery?

Name be Kevas ladymon. It be an honuh meetin' ja.

[There's no hiding the excitement in his voice. This is a tauren, not some treacherous Forsaken or a mana-addicted Blood Elf, but a true member of the Horde!]

Redd. Da captain of dis hellhole dat dey call a boat. He be da one dat stole us here and he be da one dat be keepin' us here.

Okay, um... Kevas. What faction is Redd a part of? Is this the Burning Legion?

[Her tail doesn't stop twitching, swishing this way and that. It never failed to take a life of its own when she was anxious.]

Why did they take my staff? It's not that it's my primary weapon, but it has some importance to me.
