Dude, Ted Leo was so good live. He let us play tamborines and had a crazy-speed drummer and had these guys that were following his shows from city to city that were doing irish jigs.

Best.....trip....ever.

Austin is such a fun city, and they're hippies everywhere. Hippies make me happy.

And rockstars were everywhere too for SXSW (and we randomly bumped into Godspeed You Black Emperor on the streets of New Orleans).

My only complaint is that the week ended.

A friend of mine got raped last night.

I bought a drum set today for $50! It's actually only that cheap because all the drums need heads, except for the snare, and it didn't come with cymbals. I'm tired, but I don't want to sleep. My mind is always racing when it's time to rest, thinking of new ideas and trying to organize my life better. I swear, the other day I was extremely restless and ended up writing some really good lyrics and putting them to guitar.
