Hope everyone is having a great Saturday! I saw Dolphin Tale this morning. I loved it and yes I cried. A sap, I am.

But the big news is of course MERLIN IS BACK!! This was my first Merlin premiere so I thought I should honor the occasion by doing a little review......

I agree about the lack of reaction to Merlin fainting. That was very un-Arthurlike. :/ But I loved the rest of the episode!

* Arthur's non reaction to Merlin fainting. At this point would Arthur serioulsy not care that Merlin randomly fainted? I know it was a sweet moment for the Merlin & Lancelot friendship but it felt weird given the other lovely moments between Arthur & Merlin. Just me being a little picky :)

I completely agree. It was definitely strange :\

It really was wonderful. There were so many lovely moments.

Especially after that preview clip it NEEDS to be next Saturday right NOW!

I love this show SO much. I had never cared much about Lancelot before (didn't NOT like it either, I was just indifferent) but his friendship with Merlin makes me go all AWWWWWWWW. (and by friendship, I mean that I could ship it if Merlin/Arthur wasn't already my OTP. But then again, I could also ship Merlin/Gwaine. Merlin is my fandom bycicle ( ... )

I adored Lancelot being all protective of Merlin awwww And Arthur/Merlin is my OTP too but I see how people ship Merlin with Gwaine and Lancelot, they both adore him.

Yeah Arthur's nonreaction at the feast didn't surprise me but it was weird that he didn't check in later. But Merlin needed his chat with Gaius (<3 those two) so it was a minor thing, lol.

And yeah Gwen asking Lancelot to protect Arthur was just a useless kick to his heart. Lancelot is noble and protective anyway, plus as you said, it's his job.

And yes Katie is gorgeous in Morgana's evil black outfits. I miss Season 1 Morgana but I also can't wait to see what she does now that she's "totally evil" And I was wondering about the Uncle too because he mentioned a promise to Arthur's mom but for Arthur to give him the throne or for him to choose Morgana over Arthur you'd think he'd be Uther's brother.
