Best of luck with finding a new job! I don't have any super helpful tips other than what you've probably heard 100 times before: be persistent, follow-up after you submit a resume with a phone call or email, look every day, apply to different types of positions, tailor your cover letter to the specific job. Also, stay away from Craigslist. I looked there for the longest time but barely ever got responses, and when I did, some of them were quite rude and unprofessional. Look on the websites of companies you are interested in to see if they have any openings, and even if they don't have any at the moment, it couldn't hurt to let them know that you're interested so they can keep you in mind when something does open up. Ask people you know to find out if their company is hiring or if they know of any open positions. Sometimes it's more about who you know.

Yay for dreamy Neal/Matt smile. :)

Thanks for the great tips. At this point I'm trying to pump up my resume and sketch out a cover letter I can easily tailor as necessary.

And Matt really does have a dreamy smile.

Oh, Neal, you beautiful man, you! :D

Good luck to you, job hunting and building your resume. If I come across any really good resume building sites and/or videos, I'll recommend them to you.
