The peach trees now have little peaches starting to grow.  We lost hundreds of the trees over the past two years of drought.  So no fresh picked peaches for a while.  My mouth started watering when I walked past the tree and started thinking about some fresh wiped cream.  The birds better keep away... or we will have bird pie too! cowboymarine=

Yes. It will be awhile before they pop out the peaches, but the little fuzzy nubs are there.

Fresh wiped cream, ya say? I usually leave it on there for a while. ;-)

I am glad to see that you are doing well! Keep the chin up.

You're craving peaches and I am craving Oregon Berry season. The California strawberries in the stores are yucky. No flavor.

The berry bushes have lots of color, so I expect we will be feasting soon enough on those. :-)

Someone else posted a photo of an orchard with peach trees. I had never seen peach trees before so I was taken aback by how pretty they were. And just think...you get to enjoy their beauty AND their fruit (assuming the birds share with you). Lucky you!
