I sent them an email earlier today asking them to look into my last order. It had an estimated delivery date of June 12 and was still listed as "in-transit." They responded about 4 hours later saying that the package was lost in shipping, they're reshipping it, and sending it via one-day shipping at no extra charge. This is extra awesome because
