It hurts, it does, to leave you hanging. But the chapter was already the longest one, and I just had to have at least one real cliff hanger this year. I'm glad that Remus comes off as realistic. Writing about an emotional experience such as rape is a scary step to take - I don't want people to think I'm trivializing what he's going through, but at the same time I can't see Remus just lying in bed and moping or being distraught all of the time. I think he would put on a brave face and try to move on, even if it meant lying to himself sometimes...Thanks for reading. :)

AAAAH, noooo!!! Poor Remus. *snuggles* I hope James isn't homophobic, although that's ironic, since I told you my favorite fic is where James is homophobic...:P

When Severus was trying to make eye contact with Remus, I'm wondering why in the world?! Does he realize that they all know it was Severus and not Sirius? Is he sorry for what he did, which is why he's trying to make eye contact? Or is he just a mean bastard?

Oh no, what the hell is Bellatrix and Lucius doing there? I don't think Regulus is in on it, but what in the world do they want?!Isn't it bad enough what happened to Remus?! I really have no idea what they want, can't wait to find out!!!!!!!!!!!

Hah, well, I don't think James would be an outright homophobe, but he is growing up at a time where it's not as commonly accepted as it is today (if you would call it commonly accepted now). I sometimes tire of James' automatic acceptance of Remus' and Sirius' potential homosexuality, because I know he's their friend, but we all have our hang ups and these things take time...sometimes. So many questions!! All of the secrets of the fic will be revealed :)

I'm with you...there's not many where James takes it badly, and I'd love for him to take it badly. I'm just scared he might, and it'll hurt Remus. He's already been through so much, I'd hate for James to hurt him. I have faith in you, though. :)
