So, I meant to write this on your other post, but then was like, "Is it my place?" etc, but I really feel like I want too...I think that no matter how old we are, our parent's relationships with each other are one of the most difficult, if not THE most difficult, to understand, because our whole lives we have seen them as one entity--they exist together. But their lives have not always been that way and they understand the frailty of their relationship the way we understand the frailty of our own personal relationships. Anyway, hang in there--especially when your mom calls you a child. MAN, that is hard. My mom still tells me the same thing and I just want to scream WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE YOUR REALIZE I AM AN ADULT NOW!?!?! But perhaps to them we will never be adults.

Thanks! That was helpful. I agree. I've seen my parents argue before and I've seen them be mad at each other (and us...) and it is hard to understand why/how things are this bad. I've taken a kind of "whatever happens, happens" attitude and am pretty ok with that.

I did a bad, bad thing. I read Twilight. I liked it for the story, HATED it for crappy outlook of the Olympic Pen. It made me want to move to Forks, because I know its better than that description!

How annoying was it that every single page was, "It's so rainy, I miss the sun, the sun is better, blah! Nothing like...ARIZONA."

I really believe that the author must never have lived in the PNW...
