Glad you liked the Taco Wine (TM). It's actually mead in it's most basic form (water, honey & yeast). The stuff your drinking is about 2 years old or so (the older mead gets - to a certain degree - the better it tastes). I've had good luck with Leeners for supplies. I remember you saying you got a beer making kit for Christmas. How's that turning out?

mead would make sense... i couldn't quite place the flavor but did enjoy the hell out of it. Saci says that if you start your own brewery you need to call your beer "taco sauce"

i'm still drinking myself to 48 bottles. it's much more fun to empty re-usable bottles than to just buy them empty.
